Here is a small gallery of black and white images (originally shot in color) that I took while at Sugar Beach, on Maui, in 2018. The ocean is so beautiful, and so full of interesting patterns and textures when you look closely. Capturing waves at a fast shutter speed always seems to guarantee that I see things later that I could not at the time. Can you see the eye and mouth of the fish in the wave?
